Pete Wentz is always paranoid. The Fall Out Boy rocker says his struggles with anxiety are so profound, medication no longer helps the problem.

Pete laments in the current issue of Blender Magazine: “I’m paranoid pretty much all the time. I can take three Xanax and not feel a thing.”

Pete also revealed he has stopped reading about himself online because the barrage of criticism depresses him. “I was letting the blogs get to me. It’s semi-frustrating when your name actually becomes a synonym for douche bag.”
