Pete Wentz On Baby Bronx Pictures: “We’re Not Selling Photos Of Our Son”

New pop Pete Wentz took to his blog on Thursday night to clear up rumors about selling the first public photos of his infant son.
The Fall Out Boy star has denied that he and wife Ashlee Simpson are struggling to sell photos of their newborn son, Bronx, insisting that they have been offered “mounds and mounds of money” for the first pictures of the tot but have chosen not to go that route.
An insider told Page Six on Thursday: “Pete and Ashlee have approached every single celebrity magazine with offers to sell their first photos, but nobody wants them. Covers of them tend not to sell well.”
Not true, Pete says.
The rocker says that selling photos of their son is not something he and Ashlee intend to do.
“We are not placing judgment on those that do as they often use the money in a very charitable way,” he writes. “However, we have made the decision to not sell Bronx’s baby pictures right now.”
“We are followed day and night and that was fine when it was us,” he says. “But we are going to do our best to shelter Bronx from that as much as possible.”
Pete also clears up any curiosity about what Bronx looks like: “Trust me he’s cute. he looks like his mommy.”
