Pete Wentz’ New York City bar has been temporarily closed amid allegations that staff served alcohol to minors.

The 29-year-old Fall Out Boy bassist part-owns Manhattan watering hole Angels & Kings venue, along with members of Gym Class Heroes and Cobra Starship.

Over the weekend,the bar, which opened in 2007, was shut down by the New York Police Department after claims alcoholic drinks had been served to underage customers.

Gawker.com has obtained photographs of the venue’s front door, which has been plastered with a police notice which states the bar has been “closed by court order” over the “illegal sale of alcoholic beverages to minors.”

According to the bar’s website, the venue is currently shut for “maintenance work.”
