Pete Wentz Ashlee Simpson “CSI: NY” Guest Appearance March 18
Newlyweds Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz will guest star on an upcoming episode of CSI: NY, a spokesperson for the CBS series announced on Friday.
According to a scoop from Entertainment Weekly, The Wentzes will appear on the forensic crime series as a pair of “Bonnie and Clyde wannabes.”
“Ashlee will be playing ‘Lia Wickfield’ and Pete will be playing ‘Chester Bryon’. They are a ‘Bonnie and Clyde’-like couple,” a source tells PEOPLE.
Ashlee is scheduled to begin filming her scenes this weekend, while hubby Pete is expected to hit the set next week.
