Pete Doherty is being lined up to play a zombie in ‘Ripper,’ a spin-off of ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer,’ to be aired on the BBC next year.

Ripper follows Buffy’s mentor Giles after he decides to come out of retirement in his England to solve a variety of mysteries.
