The Olsens got owned by a pack of PETA protesters during their book signing in New York City on Tuesday.
Anti-fur activists associated with People For The Ethical Treatement of Animals showed up wearing Olsen twins masks during a mean-spirited protest outside Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s signing for their new book, Influence, at Barnes & Noble’s Union Square.
Is it really that serious? “Absolutely,” says Ashley Byrne, campaign coordinator for PETA.
“PETA has launched an online campaign, our Trollsen Twins Campaign, to raise awareness about how animals are treated on fur farms.” “They’re being confined to tiny cages their whole lives and being killed by methods including suffocation and electrocution.”
