Animals rights group, PETA is reportedly planning to disrupt a launch party for the latest frangrance by Jennifer Lopez. The event is planned for Saturday at the Macy’s in Downey, California.

PETA is supposedly still peeved at J. Lo for her penchant for wearing pets as coats, frocks, jackets, boots, belt, hats-you get the picture.

According to E! inside sources, group plans to plant a member among the crowd of young women dying to be one of the Glow Girls representing the new frangrance, Glow After Dark. The winning girl will appear in an online with the performer titled the Glow After Dark Show. There’s no word on whether Jen will be appearing at the event.

A PETA snitch is tattling to E! rep Marc Malkin: “If her cover is blown, you can be sure that PETA has something else up its sleeve. It’s all part of PETA’s relentless campaign to convince the Monster-in-Law star to stop flaunting pelts.”

No word from Team Lopez.
