Perez Hilton obviously isn’t at all fazed by the child porn accusations he copped after the last Miley Cyrus crotch shot he Tweeted.

Just days after a photo of 17-year-old Miley’s almost-exposed Stanley Steemer nearly got him sent in front of a judge, the First Guy of Gossip has posted a similarly dodgy image of the teen experiencing a wardrobe malfunction on stage at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto last Sunday night.

“Oh, #Miley!” he Tweeted. “Warning: If you’re easily offended, do NOT click here.”

The picture shows Miley in the same bodysuit as the pics above, but with her crotch far more exposed (We should note that nothing illegal was showing).

“It’s not showing anything inappropriate. It’s not doing anything worse than what Miley’s been doing recently,” Hilton said of the original controversial Miley snaps on HLN’s The Joy Behar Show last Thursday night. “She’s been in the business for a long time and she’s aware that there are paparazzi around. She should be careful about how she exits a car.”
