The Maths is simple. Mayer is physcially attractive. In contrast, Perez is short and fat and has very plain features. I think Perez is guilty of sexually harassing Mayer and thus Mayer could be entitled to a substantial legal pay-out if Perez continues to make misleading claims. It's so pathetic when a gay guy hits on an unattainable striaght man - I know from experience and it's the oldest story in the book.
