Nicole Richie is supposedly peeved at People Magazine. The former star of The Simple Life is rumored to have sold the celebrity mag the first photos of Harlow Winter Kate Madden, her daughter with Good Charlotte star Joel Madden, only to have People snub her from a spot on the front cover. Rumor has it that despite a front cover promise, Nicole was snubbed by People Mag in favor of a cover story on news of Matthew McConaughey’s baby.
