Cheating sluts are the new must-have. People Magazine has christened actor Mario Lopez 2008’s Hottest Bachelor.

This news come less than a week after I Survived A Japanese Game Show contestant Meagan Cooper revealed to E! News that the former Saved By The Bell star manipulated her into having an affair with him while was still dating-and living with-now ex-girlfriend Karina Smirnoff.

Meagan’s story is somewhat credible considering Mario’s brief marriage to model/actress Ali Landry was annulled after the chiseled-chested cutie reportedly cheated on Ali at his bachelor party.

“I like a girl who’s from a modest sort of upbringing, because it’s more relatable,” he says, explaining what he looks for in a potential girlfriend. “I’m a first-generation American. My parents [Elvia and Mario Sr.] emigrated from Mexico and live in the same house I grew up in Chula Vista, Calif. I’d feel weird if the girl was a little too uppity or affluent, because I’m a very down-home kind of guy.”
