Paula started her career as a cheerleader for LA Lakers. She was a sought-out choreographer and she made a string of her own hits that even won her Grammies. She disappeared from the radar for quite a while and then returned as a judge on American Idol. Oh yes, there was Paula even before the Idol, can you imagine? Her latest stint was the performance of her new single at the Super Bowl.

What went wrong?
After the release of her second album Spellbound, Paula confessed to be suffering from bulimia. After her 3rd album she took a hiatus and was not to be seen until she started to appear on American Idol as a judge. She is known for her compassionate nature, however her behavior is somewhat erratic. Her speech was slurred on more then one occasion but she has attributed it a rare neurological syndrome stating she never got drunk or took drugs in her life. Erm ok but that does not mean she is not taking prescription meds. Her reality show on Bravo TV saw her crying all over the place on more then one occasion and of course bombed with the viewers.
