Music icon Paul McCartney, 69, is set to marry his fiancee, New York businesswoman Nancy Shevell, at his farmhouse in Sussex, England this weekend.

McCartney and Shevell, 51, have been engaged since April, when he popped the question with a $650k ring. Which would be hard for any woman to turn down, let alone when it’s coming from a freakin’ Beatle.

“It will be a small, intimate wedding,” a source told Us Weekly. “It’s going to be very elegant and classic. They are having a big party in New York to celebrate later on.”

This will be McCartney’s third wedding. His first wife, Linda, tragically died of cancer in 1998, and his subsequent marriage to one-legged gold-digger Heather Mills ended very badly. The 2008 divorce made headlines worldwide and wound up costing the pre-nup-less McCartney upwards of $50 million.
