Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his estranged wife Heather Mills have reached a settlement in their bitter divorce.
According to details of the iron clad deal, H&M will walk away with $80 million ($20 million for each year of marriage), and in return P.M won’t have to face charges that he was abusive to his wife of four years.
Paul has also agreed to gave Heather his Georgian house in St John’s Wood, north-west London and a Beverly Hills mansion in Los Angeles - combined are reportedly worth $25 million.
Sources close to Paul’s daughters, Stella and Mary, report that the sisters are up in arms and out of their seats:
“Stella used to joke about looking forward to the day when Heather didn’t even have one leg to stand on in court. But now that day will never come.”
