Patrick Swayze’s body will be cremated by Friday, according to a new report from RadarOnline. The Dirty Dancing actor died in Los Angeles on Monday after losing his brave battle against pancreatic cancer.

Swayze — who went public with his diagnosis in the Spring of 2008 — spent his final days fighting tabloid reports claiming he was close to death after learning the cancer had spread to his liver.

His ashes will be spread across his beloved Rancho de Dias Alegres — Ranch of Happy Days — in New Mexico, which was turned into a wildlife reserve and timber farm by the actor, who would often fly there in his own plane.
