Patrick Swayze Cancer Confirmed

Patrick Swayze has confirmed reports that he has been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and may only have weeks to live. Patrick is the star of classic movies like Ghost and Dirty Dancing. Pancreatic cancer is a malignent tumor that manifests itself within the pancreatic gland. The average life expectancy for a patient with the disease is three to six months.
The New York Post reports: The 55-year-old star’s publicist confirmed to Page Six that he’s suffering from pancreatic cancer, which could tragically bring down the curtain on his remarkably diverse career.
The actor has been undergoing chemotherapy and other treatments at the Stanford University Medical Center in California.
He and his wife of thirty-three years, Lisa Niemi, have no children.
