TV Guide has christened Patrick Dempsey and Jennifer Love Hewitt America’s Sexiest TV Stars.

In its second annual Sexiest Stars issue, on newsstands May 1st, TV Guide highlights twenty-four television personalities who exude hotness.

P.D and J.L.H appear on alternative covers of a special issue of TV Guide in honor of the poll.

Patrick, who portrays Dr. Derek “Dr. McDreamy” Shepherd on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, gained acclaim from TV Guide editors, who praised the star’s “beautiful head of hair, piercing eyes and dazzling smile.”

Jennifer, whos stars as Melinda Gordon on the CBS hit Ghost Whisperer, is very deserving of her new status as a Small Screen Sex Symbol, says her TV husband, David Conrad said:

““For an all-American girl, Jen definitely has aspects that you wouldn’t normally expect. She’s a little more exotic. There’s more mystery to her. She’s actually sexier in person than she is on camera. In the three years that we’ve been filming, there’s always a moment when I just go, ‘Wow, that’s a really beautiful woman.’”
