Amy Winehouse has been threatened with a lawsuit after pulling out of a Paris music festival in the eleventh hour.

The always-unpredictable Amy had been expected to headline the Rock En Seine event in Paris on Friday night but instead remained in London due to ill health, according to a spokesperson for the Grammy Award-winning hitmaker.

“Amy Winehouse should have arrived on the site early Friday evening. We were told by her agent at 8:00 pm that she wasn’t coming,” Rock En Seine organizers said Saturday. “No explanation of the exact reasons for her absence” was offered.
