Paris Hilton is “desperate” to be cast in the upcoming Twilight sequel.

We hear the socialite has been hounding one-time crush and franchise star Robert Pattinson in hopes of securing a role in the vampire love story, Twilight: New Moon.

“Paris is desperate for people to take her seriously as an actress. She thinks she’d be perfect to play one of the vampires. She’s even willing to play a victim – she just wants in,” Star Magazine insiders claim.

Paris swept the 2009 Golden Raspberry Awards by winning three trophies for her poor performances in the cinema flops Repo! The Genetic Opera and The Hottie And The Nottie, but the reality TV personality remains determined that she can pull off a part in the beloved film series.

“She has also had her manager call the casting agent to lobby for a part on her behalf.”

Production just started on New Moon. The sequel to the 2008 hit movie Twilight, the film is set for release in November.

I’m a big fan of this series, i mean we all are. But when i saw this i almost cried. Paris Hilton does not suite any role in any of the books. and Annoyed is right she will ruin this movie. A sweaty fat bus driver is a better actor than she is and i personally hope she sees that message.
