Sue-happy socialite/semen slurping bitch Paris Hilton must have forgotten to get the memo about her STI status to her team of fancy suits.

P.Herpes set her lawyer, Gregory Gabriel, off on Michael K of Dlisted.com, after M.K posted the above parody of “The Simple Life” poster on his site making fun of Hilton and her pal Nicole Richie.

Gabriel wrote to K: “This poster clearly implies Ms. Hilton has loathsome diseases and also implies Ms. Hilton uses Vicodin. The inferences . . . are false and de famatory.”

Gabriel demanded the image be removed from the Web site. This lawyer needs to get his facts straight, some of the items that surfaced at the height of the “Parisexposed” scandal included a prescription in the hotel heiress’ name for Valtrex, the drug used to combat genital herpes, and Nicole Richie (the recovering heroin shooter) has admitted to abusing Vicodin.
