Paris Hilton Sues the Owners of Parisexposed.com

Parisexposed.com’s days are numbered. The daily laughfest has become the subject of a lawsuit filed by Paris Hilton in Los Angeles on Monday. She is seeking to have it shut down.
In the lawsuit, P.H claims she put her possessions in storage two years ago when she and her sister, Nicky, moved out of a house that had been burglarized. She’s sticking to the story that a moving company was supposed to front the bill and was “shocked and surprised” to learn her belongings were sold at a public auction.
“I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain,” P said. She even added concern that the info can be used for identity theft or harassment. (How likely is it that someone could convincingly steal the identity of one of the richest women in the world?)
According to Paris’ suit, the defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 for the contents of the storage unit and subsequently sold the items for $10 million to Bardia Persa, who created Parisexposed.com.
P.H’s publicist Elliot Mintz said that she wants the site shut down and “would like all of these items returned to her.” Fat chance.
