Paris Hilton is so desperate for friends that she is resorting to searching for them via reality TV. The hotel heiress is set to appear in a new live-action series on either MTV or VH1 that will follow her quest to find a new best friend. If she would quit humping on tables in public, maybe someone would actually want to be seen with her.

“The show is going to be about her searching for a new best friend,” a source tells US Magazine. “Paris is tired of the haters and she’s looking for someone new. She’s looking for someone new and cool who she can trust.”

The new show is “going to be full of good chick drama and you will see a side of Paris not seen on The Simple Life.”
