Paris Hilton says reports that she was punched in the face in West Hollywood Tuesday are “completely made up.”

Hollywood socialite Paris Hilton has issued a statement blasting rumors that she was socked in the face outside a Tinseltown hotspot on Tuesday night.

Rumors has it that P.H was leaving Coco de Ville last night with sister Nicky when she was punched by a fellow female clubgoer, leaving the Hilton heiress with a bruise beneath her left eye.

“It’s so not true….I had a great time last night and didn’t even have an argument with anyone. I don’t know where they come up with this stuff…It’s a completely made-up story,” the heiress scoffs.

Paris believes the fight rumors were planted in hopes of trumping up publicity for the club. “It was my first time there, so I think someone just put that story out there so the place would get a bunch of press.”
