Britney Spears spent her twenty-sixth birthday getting some career advice from ‘reforming’ partyer, Paris Hilton.

Paris has advised Britney to cut back on her social life and revamp her entire management. According to P.H, ”only hire the very top agents, publicists, managers and assistants money can buy.”

She also told the mother of two: ”Britney, you have to listen to people who truly are experts in entertainment. You can’t be listening to friends, no matter how good or loyal they are, to tell you how to run your career.”

And in Paris’ view, maintaining endorsement could make all the difference for Britney: ”or else those will go away and you’ll find it harder to replace them with new deals and products.”
