Paris Hilton is proving very unpopular with the folks in her new Hollywood Hills neighborhood. A resident on the socialite heiress’ street is willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars a month on the condition that the star be evicted.

The unidentified resident has written a letter to Paris’ landlord, proposing to pay $5,000 more than the heiress if she is forced to move out, TMZ.com has learned.

Despite living there for only five days, the neighbor claims the reality star “is ruining his life” as a result of “loud parties, screaming and yelling, and vandalism.” Police have already been called to the house on two occasions. On May, the House of Wax star and her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt threw a party to celebrate their arrival, but neighbors called in cops to break up the bash after a number of their luxury cars on the road were vandalized.

Just days later on May 15, police were called a second time after Paris and Doug were accused of making too much noise.

Paris currently pays $22,000 a month, which would force the neighbour to give the landlord $27,000 if she departs the home.
