Paris Hilton Hallmark Lawsuit; $500,000 Invasion Of Privacy

Paris Hilton has filed a federal lawsuit over a $2.49 Hallmark greeting card depicting her likeliness as well as her trademarked phrase “That’s Hot.”

In a complaint filed on Thursday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, P.H says Hallmark has, among misappropriated her image and invaded her privacy with the card.
The card feature’s Paris’ “first day as a waitress” and was first distributed earlier this year. She is seeking $500,000 in damages.
