Paris Hilton could go back to jail on Friday. The hotel heiress was freed early from jail Thursday – in an alleged secret deal hashed out three weeks ago.

Sources tell the UK press: “This was all decided about three weeks ago, shortly after Paris was sentenced.”

Apparently Paris’ moneybacks hatched a plan with Los Angeles Authorities for the loaded twenty-six year old to be released on house arrest after spending a short vacation away from home.

Association of LA Deputy Sheriffs president Steve Remige blasted: “There appears to have been preferential treatment. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Remember Mel Gibson.”

He claimed Hilton could have been treated in the Californian prison’s huge medical facility.

“It makes a mockery of the legal system. It is nothing other than special treatment,” says legal expert Susan Filan.
