An injured Paris Hilton was left with a swollen cheek after she was chased and swarmed by paparazzi while exiting a restaurant in the Czech Republic. Paris is visiting the country whil on tour with her boyfriend Benji Madden and his band Good Charlotte. She took a fall in Prague’s Old Town Square after a fight broke out amongst rival paps clawing for a shot of reality TV-starring heiress.
