Paris Hilton is pissed that Britney Spears is­ saying she wants to adopt Chinese twins because that was her plan.

The twenty-six year old heiress says she decided to adopt from China while on a recent visit to the Asian nation.

“Paris knows Britney won’t be allowed to adopt, she can’t even look after her own kids. But she’s stolen her thunder.”
