Ms. Hilton invented nothing here…this is neither her wine, (bad though it is), nor did she invent Prosecco. Prosecco is a 300+ year old grape from northern Italy and an area, or town, known for having taking this grape and crafted a new method of fermentation that results in the “bubbles” as an alternative to Champagne or methode champenoise – the proper way to refer to sparkling wine not grown in Champagne. This is a German product, (http://www.richprosecco.com/), and it should be noted that they defile the term Prosecco…try some of the real Prosecco this NYE and enjoy it…without Ms. Hilton.
