An unidentified photographer was fatally stuck by a car after taking shots of Justin Bieber’s Ferrari.

James Stoughton with the Los Angeles Police said the man was hit while crossing Sepulveda Boulevard after taking snaps of Justin’s white sports car, which was parked near Getty Center Drive. The shutterbug passed away in a nearby hospital shortly after the accident on Tuesday evening.

The “Boyfriend” singer wasn’t in the vehicle at the time, having loaned his car to two friends.
Charges will likely not be pressed against the motorist involved in the collision.

Justin has been at the center of a number of paparazzi-related incidents in the past. In August, two photographers trailing the teen heartthrob lost control of their cars and crashed into each other.

Last summer, Bieber was involved in a physical altercation with a photographer at The Commons Mall in Calabasas, California. An altercation ensued when the pap attempted to take photos of Justin and his on-again/off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez.
