A motorcycle-bound member of the paparazzi was seriously injured while chasing Britney Spears on Monday night, roughly a mile from the Beverly Hills Four Seasons Hotel. Several cars were in line chasing Brit when one hit another photog on a motorcycle, throwing the rider off the bike and on to the road. We’re told the rider was injured seriously and transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. His current condition is critical.

The paparazzi was hit by a silver Range Rover and was literally smashed under its wheels. From what we hear, the body went into seizure and then it just stopped moving, an eyewitness tells TMZ.
