Scrubs star Donald Faison is being sued by a California bank after falling behind on his mortgage for an apartment complex he purchased in Inglewood two years ago for $525,000.
Lawyers for Luther Burbank Savings argue that Faison hasn’t paid the note on the property since November and now owes $514,657.76 in arrears. The bank is seeking a foreclosure judgment in the case.
Faison is reportedly in his final season of Scrubs and was recently cast in The Law, a new CBS pilot comedy premiering this fall.

Idol Gives Back is a two-hour charity event that raises money for international non-profit organizations. This year’s beneficiaries include Children’s Health Fund, Feeding America, Malaria No More, Save the Children, and the United Nations Foundation.
