Italian-American stereotypes are soooo 2009. The casting geniuses behind MTV’s breakout reality smash Jersey Shore are looking for a couple good ol’ boys and girls to live up to any and all cliches about Southerners on a new reality show called Party Down South — a “Snooki Meets Larry The Cable Guy-style” docu-soap headed to MTV.
If you’re a proud Southerner with a pickup truck, a Confederate flag bumper sticker, and a penchant for Nascar and Martina McBride, Doron Ofir Casting Productions would like to talk to you!
Sports fans really know how to hit a guy where it hurts. When Jessica Simpson was accused of ruining Tony Romo’s winning record, Dallas Cowboys haters nationwide began using pictures of the bombshell to further throw off Tony’s game. Baseball aficionados did the same thing when New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez was accused of carrying on “an affair of the heart” with pop star Madonna.
It was only a matter of time before the trend hit the basketball court.
Hecklers held up cardboard cutouts of Khloe Kardashian’s face during Game Three of the 2010 NBA Finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night. Tauntr.com handed out 5,000 Khloe masks outside the TD Garden in Beantown just ahead of Game 3 — all in hopes of rattling the reality star’s husband, Lakers player Lamar Odom.
The masks didn’t work: The Lakers beat the Celtics 91-84. The real Khloe wasn’t on-hand to witness the debauchery — she’s in NYC promoting the second season of E!’s Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.

But what about all the great movies that never saw the light of day? Many of them were pretty far into production when filming ceased, and still deserve a viewing in their incomplete form. Here are 15 great movies that were never finished.
Great news for Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz fans — The release date for the duo’s summer action comedy Knight & Day has been moved up and will now be opening in theaters June 23 — two days earlier than originally planned.
Not surprising, considering Cruise has been basking in renewed popularity since his side-splitting appearance as Tropic Thunder alter ego Les Grossman during the MTV Movie Awards last weekend.
More signs of trouble at Casa de King: Larry King’s wife of 13 years Shawn Southwick overdosed on prescription pills in her Provo, Utah home on May 28. It was Shannon’s father, Karl Engemann, who discovered the leggy blonde, 50, unresponsive and placed the urgent call to 911. …on the edge of your seat? Keep reading!
