Karenna Gore Schiff, the eldest daughter of environmentalist Al and decency watchdog Tipper Gore, has separated from her husband of nearly 13 years, PEOPLE Magazine said Wednesday. The news comes just one week after the former Vice President and his wife announced plans to divorce after 40 years.
An author and New York City attorney, Karenna, 36, and her estranged husband Andrew have three children: Wyatt, 10; Anna, 8; and Oscar, 3.
Tipsters tell PEOPLE the split is mutual, and adds that the couple are working hard to patch up their differences.
“It’s amicable and they are in counseling. They are not divorced….”

Chinese toddler Ya Wen started downing pints of beer and smoking up to a pack a day after she was struck by a speeding van and spent five days in a coma last year, her parents told The Yangcheng Evening Post. She now smokes more than 10 cigarettes a day and swears by her daily three glasses of brew.
First she was busted hiding in the toilet smoking her dad’s cigarettes, then the girl turned to stealing them from a local convenience store – - before the owner let her have them on credit.
“The first time I found her smoking was in the toilet,” Ya’s mother says. “Before that I often saw cigarette butts in the toilet but thought they were my husband’s, until I saw my daughter smoking there.”
America’s Sweetheart Jennifer Aniston has been roped in to star as a sex-obsessed dentist in a new dark comedy/murder thriller, titled Horrible Bosses. The movie — which also stars Colin Farrell, Jamie Foxx, and Jason Bateman — is described as “a total departure from the other comedies she’s been doing.”
