After reports surfaced earlier this week that former R&B teen queen Brandy set off a chain reaction crash on L.A’s 405 that killed a thirty-eight year old mother, an online petition has surfaced calling for the LAPD to arrest the singer in connection with the Dec. 30th accident.

While the police have found no mechanical defects in any of the four vehicles involved, it has been established that the twenty-seven year old “Have You Ever” singer was the driving force behind the collision. Brandy is set to star on her second season of America’s Got Talent.
