One Last Presidential Plea For 2016 Olympics Chicago
Moved by hometown pride, on Friday, President Obama made an impassioned plea to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in an effort to bring the 2016 Summer Games to Chicago.

“I urge you to choose Chicago,” Obama told members of the IOC in Copenhagen on Friday. “And if you do — if we walk this path together — then I promise you this: The city of Chicago and the United States of America will make the world proud,” the former Illinois senator said.
People in Chicago can start countind, because the Committee will announce the host city for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Copenhagen at 10 a.m. pacific time this afternoon. The final candidates are Chicago, Madrid, Rio de Janiero and Tokyo.
