NY Gov. Paterson “SNL” Parody Prompts Outrage

New York Governor David Paterson says he was amused by a Saturday Night Live skit that poked fun at his blindness this weekend.
The skit featured SNL cast member Fred Armisen doing a dead-on impression of the governor in the show’s “Weekend Update” segment.
“I can take a joke. But only 37% of disabled people are working and I’m afraid that that kind of third-grade humor certainly adds to this atmosphere. Let’s just say I don’t think it helped,” Paterson told the Daily News on Sunday.
Do you think SNL’s Paterson sketch pushed the envelope too far?
