Madonna are battling to stop a sale of the star’s love letters and intimate photographs. A series of saucy letters and Polaroids sent by the singer to then boyfriend James Allbright in the early 1990s were recently sold to Marquee Capital and could threaten the pop icon’s chances of permanently adoption Malawian son David Banda.

Marquee Capital is rumored to be selling the collection for $200,000, but Madonna is concerned the naughty flicks could jeopardize her plans to adopt Malawian tot David Banda permanently.

Penston Kimble, the head of Malawi’s child welfare service, is due to spend a week in London with Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie later this month to determine whether or not twenty-three-month old David be officially adopted by Guy and Madonna.
