Jennifer Lopez has scrapped plans to deliver her first bundle of joy (possibly twin baby bundles) via a Scientology ‘silent birth.’ Scientologists are forbidden from using painkillers, or from even making noise, during labor. Jennifer, whose best friend Leah Remini and dad David are Scientologists, had been considering a silent delivery for months, evening undergoing special ‘purification’ lessons to prepare her for a silent birth.

“Jennifer made the decision because she’s high risk at her age,” a celeb informant reveals to The National Enquirer.

“She wanted to leave it in the hands of her doctors whether she should receive painkillers and other drugs during delivery.”
