Sarah Jessica Parker says she was disappointed to learn that the stunning little metallic number that she were to the big New York City premiere of the Sex And The City Movie last week had already made several public appearances.

The Nina Ricci gown had been previously worn by actress Lindsay Lohan in the March 2008 issue of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine, before making a more recent appearance at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala on May 5 by actress Lauren Santo Domingo.

Nina Ricci isn’t commenting, but Sarah Jessica Parker has publicly professed that she feels duped by the Saga of the Recylced Gown:

“My affection for the dress hasn’t changed,” Sarah told the Times. “But what they did was so short-sighted. It’s just unethical and disappointing that they would allow the dress to be worn again……I just wish it had been handled differently and they had been straight about it.”
