Well, you won’t believe what she’s been up to since saying buh-buh to TyTy! New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards has been slammed with a paternity suit from the former ANTM finalist, who claims Edwards fathered the baby boy she delivered in July, The New York Post reports. Pace, now 25, is suing Edwards for as much as $70,000 in monthly child support payments.

According to the article, when Nik gave birth to Braylon Jr., the elder Edwards filed to be recognized as the father in Georgia, where the child was born. Pace has responded by suing Edwards in New York, with hotshot lawyer Raoul Felder. Felder claims that the Georgia filing was a “cold, calculated act to pay less money” because Georgia is “traditionally less generous with child support payments.”

Braylon Edwards earns about $5 million a year.

Attorneys for Edwards disagree, arguing that Braylon desperately wants to be a dad to his son but Nik’s money motivation has made that an impossible feat: “She only moved to New York in November after he was traded to the Jets. He wants to be part of the child’s life, but she wouldn’t even tell him where or when the child would be born so he could be there. He wants to provide for his son. He has been paying support since the birth,” says Edwards’ Randy Kessler.

“Braylon is a proud father who has loved and supported his child since before he was born. He filed in June to declare himself the legal father and she objected.”
