Friends of Nicole claim the former reality TV star has been showing off photos of a wedding gown she designed with the help of celebrity threadsetter Charlotte Ronson (twin sister of Lindsay Lohan’s rumored lover Samantha Ronson).

“Nicole is giddy with excitement,” a friend of the twenty-six year old mom tells Star Magazine. “She’s been showing friends photos of the dress on her cell phone. She lights up when she shows it off.”
