Nicole Richie has been sentenced to serve four days in L.A County Jail as part of a plea bargain for her December DUI charge. She has been credited for the six hours of time she has already served. Nicole will also have pay $2048 in penalty fees and attend a 21-day alcohol education course. Nic must serve her time by the end of September.
