Nicole Richie has been shielding her face from the shutterbugs all week by sporting an assortment of t-shirts atop her head. Celebrity tattles are reporting that the recovering heroin addict may have a good reason for hiding-she’s pregnant.

“Nicole recently underwent a series of tests, including blood and urine screenings, which confirmed she is pregnant,” a spy tells Life & Style Magazine.

Nic has declined to comment on the pregnancy reports.
