Nicole Richie is in discussions to guest star on the second season finale of Gossip Girl later this year.
“Nicole loves ‘Gossip Girl,’ and she wants a really bitchy, juicy role,” a friend of the mother of one revealed to the New York Daily News on Wednesday.
