Nicole Richie has embarked on a dangerous postpartum weight loss regime of chicken broth and breastfeeding in a bid to shed twenty pounds in twenty days. The former Simple Life star, who has a history of dramatic weight loss, is petrified that a plumper build won’t keep BF Joel Madden happy. “She was pin-thin when she met him, and she knows that he is attracted to super-skinny women. She’s dying to look good in a bikini again.”
“Nicole feels like she’s been as big as a house forever, and wants the weight off now,” a Star Magazine source reveals. “Joel is trying to kibosh her extreme dieting. But there’s only so much he can do, because Nicole can be stubborn.”
