Nicole Richie Accepts DUI Plea Bargain; Will Spend Five Days In Jail
Nicole Richie will spend five days in jail after cutting a deal with Los Angeles prosecutors to plead either guilty or no contest to a charge of Driving Under the Influence. ‘The Simple Life’ star will appear in court on Friday. Nicole was arrested on December 11, after cops say she drove the wrong way on a California highway. She will appear in an August tell-all interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer.
