Twenty-three year old Nicky Hilton along with her manager Paul Fisher are being sued by Robert Falor Investments and Grand USA Hotel Supply & Restaurant for breach of contract over a delayed hotel renovation project.

According to documents filed on Monday, the plantiffs claim that Nicky hasn’t held up her end of an April 2006 agreement under which she was designated to design a chain of Nicky O Hotels in South Florida.

The developers say N.H misrepresented her experience in hotel design.

“Things are not always as they appear,” said Elliot Mintz, Nicky’s rep. “When the facts surrounding this matter are known to the public I think you will find out that the person who has been most impacted by this action will be Nicky Hilton.”

Earlier this month, Robert Falor went public with concern over the racist and skank like tendancies of the Hilton Klan:

“I’m very concerned about [the tape]. I’m shocked actually that she would participate in something like that,” developer Robert Falor told The Miami Herald of their strained partnership.
