Nicky Hilton Citizen’s Arrest IHOP Assault
Celebutante Nicky Hilton made a citizen’s arrest after an early breakfast at a West Hollywood IHOP turned ugly over the weekend.
Nicky was leaving the International House of Pancakes on Santa Monica Blvd. just before 5 AM on Saturday when Michael Broadhurst, a 50-year-old homeless man, allegedly pushed her from behind.
Nicky wasn’t hurt, but she was extremely shaken by the encounter, authorities say.
“One of our deputies was at the IHOP, having a coffee break, and noticed a waitress run outside because there was a commotion,” Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore confirmed Monday.
“…She’s OK, but she was desirous of prosecution. She said, ‘I am placing you under citizen’s arrest!’”
Broadhurst has been ordered to appear in court on battery charges April 21.
Oh, speaking of the International House of Pancakes, be sure to shop by your local IHOP for a free breakfast in celebration of National Pancake Day this Tuesday.
